Design Process

Software: Coding on Visual Studio Code and Github

Design Problem: Design and code a functioning and responsive website of a certain topic with six (6) pages.

Target Audience: People interested in learning about or purchase indoor plants.

Background: This will be a website selling and educating people about indoor plants since indoor plants are a popular plant option for people who do not have access to an outside garden.

Design Process: There was a lot of design process that went into this project. First, I decided on a website topic of selling and educating people about indoor plants because I really love nature and plants, and I wanted to make a website to sell them as well as educate people on how to take care of them. Next, I made wireframes for both a desktop and mobile version of my website. I then made versions on InDesign with the actual images and information I would use, then I coded the website on Visual Studio Code. Lastley, I committed the project code base to GitHub repository.

Design Solution: Code 6 responsive webpages for a website in HTML and CSS, and make use of JavaScript and JQuery to enhance the webpages functionality.
